ns was started over 20 years ago and Penny initially sketched each picture using ink and watercolours. Once printed, gifts are hand-finished with a puff of real sheep’s wool, never failing to bring a smile to everyone’s face. Penny retired from the business in 2019 and it was bought by Sarah Heycock who worked with Penny for over 5 years. She is passionate about the brand and is very much inspired by the British countryside.

Can’t believe that it’s ‘show time’ again as we start the year with Top Drawer in Olympia. It nudges me into the new year and I’m always awed by the talent of so many designers at this show and the way that they display their art 👏 We open tomorrow at 9.30 so come and find us on Stand U39. All of our designs are hand finished with sheep’s wool, which we buy as part of their annual shearing and is a perfect way to use their beautiful fleece 🐑

What a year we’ve had and as ever, it’s down to you, our customers and stockists. We’ve enjoyed a gentler few weeks to take stock, plan and recharge for 2026 and get some new designs ready to display at the first trade show of the year in just 10 days 🫣
But first, we celebrate the end of this year and the beginning of the next, so have a fabulous night and a very happy New Year 😘

Beautiful Ely Cathedral never fails to impress and the first day of their Christmas market has just started. You’ll find us near the main door with prints, calendars and lots of cards 😀 We look forward to seeing you if you’ve got tickets - there are a few left for today and Saturday morning.

We’re just finishing an order for one of our wholesale customers - I love these 2 Alpacas hand finished with different coloured (sheep) wools and it’s perfect for anyone getting married or engaged. Even better if they like Alpacas 😂

It’s National Bee day and a great time to show you our range of bee cards, bags and tags. Each product is hand finished with a set of wings and our trademark wool finish in black and yellow. We have 3 hives at home in our garden - swarm season is here and we’ve caught and re-homed 2 swarms so far… 🐝
