Had a go at some silk painting this afternoon with my 7yr old daughter - suprisingly good craft for kids as they are fascinated by the way the paint runs across the fabric and doesn't need to be too accurate. What do you all do with your kids?

I planned to make some lovely crocheted snow flakes to go on Christmas cards this weekend, only now do I realize that I haven't got any white thread! Maybe pink and green snowflakes could start a new trend!
