Shop small, be inspired. Harbour Lane Studio is run by Tori Gray, an illustrator and print maker. After years of wishful thinking, she finally plucked up the courage to give up the boring day job and open her open gallery/shop! Harbour Lane works as a studio for Tori to make work from as well as sell her pieces and support other Scottish artists. The studio is situated next to the harbour in South Queensferry, just outside of Edinburgh, and has a very nautical feel with all sorts of beautiful handmade and drawn products, with nothing mass produced!

I have wanted to share this for MONTHS!!!!

I’ve designed a jigsaw! How cool is that?!

I wanted to create something totally brand new for us to celebrate turning 10 and what goes better with a big slice of birthday cake than a jigsaw?!

1000 pieces, a beautiful custom box and a printed pull out so there is no need to fight over the lid. You need to supply your own cake though 😜

Launching as part of our birthday collection on the 26th of September.

If I’m doing something, then it needs to be done right and that means fully committing.

Is it a bit of a mental way to run your business? Possibly. BUT it’s my business and I’m the boss and luckily my team totally get behind all my mad decisions!!! 🤪

I like to think it’s what makes Harbour Lane different and the reason we are celebrating 10 years of mad decisions. 🙌🏻🥕

A lampshade is only ever half the story… it always needs a base to bring it to life.

What an absolute dream it was working with Ella Fletcher Ceramics on these custom bases. She absolutely nailed the brief and matched the colours, tones and textures of our design perfectly.

What makes them even more special is now Ella has hung up her ceramic apron - making these absolute beauties even more limited edition!

I have been waiting for this moment for MONTHS!!!

All year I’ve been busy designing, making, planning and scheming how to celebrate the fact my business is turning 10.

I have SO much to share with you but obviously I had to start with a lampshade!
