My very first Bunny commission 🐰🥕

In time for Easter, I completed a sweet portrait of my coworkers pet Rabbit! She requested for her background to be kept simple to add focus on the bunny, also including some simple stars to give the portrait a more whimsy & cutesy look.

Finished results & progression pictures of a commission for my lovely work colleague 🫶🩷

She wanted me to capture a lovely selfie in landscape of her & her boyfriend, keeping it looking similar to the original reference. This one consumed a lot of my time, but was well worth it for the results 😄

A detailed commission of a beautiful doggy sent off and finished! 🥳

Below I have shown some progression pictures as I like to capture it, this helps me understand how I work & where I can improve (actively and once im finished). I thoroughly enjoyed drawing this 😆

Every so often a project comes along that feels especially unique and exciting. This commission is a perfect example!

I have drawn 4 different Tai Chi poses for a lovely customer, each capturing the powerful stances and graceful movement into a still drawing. I focused on showing expressions emotionally and physically, so each pose feels distinct while still connected as one set. This commission stands out from my usual work because it pushes me creatively, and helps develop my realism skills I use in pet portraits in a dynamic sense of motion. 😊

I used 4x6inch watercolour paper (postcard size) for this project
