Ever noticed how there's no provision in Southend beyond the odd sports activity for young people 11+. So we decided to find out if it's lack of interest or lack of provision. We've created a Google form to find out. We can provide what we've suggested, anything in addition that you add we know enough creatives to deliver excellent workshops.

Has anyone seen one of these lately? An empty commercial property with offices or storage above that is also empty? Needs to be in an area that is not tired or depressed and preferrably on or near a busy street.
