What is everyone's opinion on this style? A good sized messenger bag with magnetic closure and adjustable strap.

It would be interesting just to get a feel for people's thoughts please.

Shall I make up some more examples?

This one would be £25. It can be made in any combination of colours or selected prints. Different hardware options available also for the straps.
Price on request subject to the cost of fabric and hardware choice.

Why choose handmade? ❤️🐾

Every dog bed I make has a story behind it.

My beds aren’t mass-produced. They aren’t imported and simply finished off here. Every single bed is designed, cut, sewn and finished by me in my little home atelier in South Lincolnshire, England.

Rather than buying huge quantities of fabric to keep costs down, I choose to source beautiful quality fabrics in smaller quantities. That means I can offer a much wider choice and I’m always happy to hunt down special designs my customers have fallen in love with. Alongside those, I keep a collection of favourite designer fabrics that are always available.

I also create bespoke embroidery designs, allowing me to personalise your dog’s bed with names, portraits and unique details that make it truly one of a kind.

Could I make them more cheaply? Probably.

But that’s never been what Handmade for Digdogs or Patch Palette and Paws is about.

It’s about creating something special. It’s about craftsmanship, attention to detail and making a bed that has been lovingly made for one very special dog. It’s about supporting a tiny UK business where every order genuinely matters.

Yes, my beds may cost a little more than some of the larger brands, but you’re investing in quality, individuality and something that hasn’t come off a production line. You’re choosing a bed that’s made with care, using beautiful fabrics—often limited edition designs—so your home (and your dog!) has something a little different from everyone else’s.

From photo… to stitches… to a beautifully handcrafted bed made just for your dog. 🐾❤️

Every bespoke bed starts with your favourite photograph. I carefully digitise your dog’s portrait into an embroidery design before stitching it onto one of my handmade beds, creating something that’s as unique as the dog who’ll be sleeping on it.

Each bed is lovingly handmade in the UK and designed with both beauty and practicality in mind. They’re fully bespoke, machine washable and completely deconstructable, making them easy to keep fresh and clean for years to come.
