Good evening Jezzers!!

I couldn't contain my excitement. A happy customer shared what she had with her Caribbean rum cake custard. Yes!! Although traditionally we eat our cake without any accompaniments, you can have it with ice cream or custard.
I love my rum slices with Rum and raisin icecream🤦🏾‍♀️

Good evening Jezzers!!!
I just love cooking. Having grown up among many chefs in the family, I have learned a lot of tricks in the trade.

Tonight, I whipped up some lovely fish cakes with plain rice and dhal for dinner.
Fishcakes can be eaten as a starter or wrapped in dhal puri.

What are you guys having for dinner tonight??
