Founded in April 1999 by Barry Webb in Jersey, our passion for animals and commitment to exceptional customer service have made us the go-to destination for pet owners across the island. 'The pet store with a little bit more!'
Our range of live animals, reptiles and pet consumables is probably the most extensive in Jersey. We have livestock ranging from the soft and cuddly to the slimy and scaly,

along with a large range of products for all their needs. Our cat and dog products include an extensive range of foods, treats, accessories, bedding and much more. There is always a helping hand so if you're in need of advice or need some help carrying your shopping to your car, we are happy to help in whatever way we can. In summary - 'quality products, friendly service!'

Meet Munchy and Jitters, two sweet little baby budgies we are currently hand-rearing. We aren't 100% sure on their exact age, but we estimate they are around 2 to 3 weeks old.

It wasn’t all smooth sailing at first! Jitters was living up to their name and was incredibly reluctant to eat for the first two days. It was a bit stressful, but we finally cracked it! Now, both Munchy and Jitters are absolute champions at mealtime and look forward to every single spoonful. ☺️

Fun Fact: At this age, baby budgies grow incredibly fast, developing their feathers and unique personalities day by day!

With the temperatures soaring, here is how to keep those tails wagging safely:

🧊 Get creative with hydration: Keep multiple bowls of fresh water around, and toss in ice cubes or freeze their favourite treats into ice blocks for a refreshing game!
🦮 Shift your walking schedule: Avoid the midday heat to protect sensitive paws. If the pavement is too hot to hold the back of your hand against for 7 seconds, stick to early morning or late evening walks.
🏡 Create a "cool zone": Set up a shaded, well-ventilated space inside with cooling mats or fans. Remember, never leave pets in conservatories, sunrooms, or parked cars!
