End of an era!!!!!!!!!
The doors have closed to my little shop /studio! I’ve been extremely emotional to say the least but the love, warmth and encouragement I’ve received has been overwhelming! Thank you so much for your support through the years, I have truly loved every minute! It was my dream and I’m walking away knowing I did ok! But family and well being come first, so, this won’t be the last you see of me, letting things calm down for a bit, then I’m throwing myself into my artwork! Those who know me know I can’t rest, so keep posted guys!

Dear friends,
After 23 years of business at no. 27, the time has come for myself and Phil to make some changes. Akoya boutique is closing!
I need to focus and prioritise the family commitments that have proved almost impossible to deal with whilst running my little business. Whilst these unfortunate circumstances are out of my control, balance in life is not!
Closing this chapter hasn’t been an easy decision and it is very bittersweet! I have enjoyed every second of Akoya. I’ve made memories, friends, felt a lot of love and grown as a person! I will miss it and you all terribly but family must come first!
PMH/Phil, is relocating locally! Business will run as normal above Akoya until ready to move . All details will be forwarded once confirmed!
However, due to my personal circumstances I need to close earlier than expected. The doors of Akoya will close on Saturday 15th February, 3pm. I am putting a huge sale on all stock for these last few weeks, so take advantage of the savings whilst you can!
