June has come to an end, so what have Josh and I been up to?

🐈 We've had puddles of cats all over the house due to this crazy heatwave. One of them (Pumpkin) wasn't too impressed with it 😂
🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Josh and I had a rare meal out in Notts and we got to see everyone practicing their football skills in front of the Nottingham Council House.
🔥 On Saturday the 13th, we were back at The Garage, Chilwell
🌙 Had to include this cool picture Josh got of the moon and Venus
🍼 I got to enjoy some yummy treats while celebrating at a friend's baby shower!
🥋 Finally, a huge congrats to Josh for achieving a massive goal and getting his Jiu Jitsu brown belt! He's now officially a sensei and can teach an entire club. All it cost was a broken nose for not moving out of the way fast enough. Well done, Josh - twelve years in the works!

Not a post I have to make too often in the UK 😅 but here's how you can protect your wax melts during this heatwave

🔥 Store in cool, dark places so they don't melt in the packaging
🔥 Keep out of direct sunlight so the scent stays longer
🔥 If they're starting to melt, a quick ten-minute time-out in the fridge will help them firm up.
🔥 Do not store in the freezer! Soy wax is sensitive to extreme temperatures and this can damage their ability to hold their scent
🔥 They'll melt easier and release their fragrance faster due to the heat, so you won't need to light your burner for as long as usual to fill your room with fragrance.

Loved catching up with you all, seeing fellow traders, and I also bought a really pretty scrunchie from Made With Love Scrunchies 💕

We're taking a break from markets this July & August so we can make sure we're all stocked up for the dreaded C-word and also work on some shiny new stuff 🎉🤫

✨ We're back! ✨

We've been around physically at markets, but for the last couple of years there haven't been any new posts or items added to the website. Why? Because I've been scrambling about in the background photographing products, editing photos, and redesigning the website--all in between my previous day-to-day tasks of running a business.
