Check out this make from a very sad looking kids Brownie t-shirt.
The shirt was in a ‘last chance’ bin at a local charity shop. It had clearly seen a lot of fun activities but after a couple of washes it looked much better!!

It had potential - and with a bit of sewing magic sprinkled ….ta-da!!

My friend and I went on a fabulous workshop today over at Charnwood Eco Hub to make a butterfly decoration from tin cans.

Thoroughly enjoyable. There’s lots of workshops coming up including a rag wreath one.

The eco hub is wonderful and full of great items to Upcycle - I picked up some (ahem) vintage fabric, some ceramic tiles, a stencil, some odd knitting needles (which I have an idea developing for!!) amongst other stuff. Well worth a browse next time you’re in Lu’ga!!

It never made it to etsy as it was snapped up by a friend for the start of her Christmas shopping!
