This very lovely 88 year old man Brian Hughes has allowed me to share his creations of Weldon’s 630F Mr Teazle costume which he created for his partner's 90th birthday party.
Theme Was Queen of hearts.

Here is a fabulous example of a rare, well preserved irreplaceable 1930s Weldon’s Ladles Journal. A little piece of history might I say..All unprinted pattern pieces are in excellent condition and all present. I am very lucky to have had it in my possession for 38 years since it was passed on to me from a dear friend.

If you have vintage patterns that you no longer want and you would like to give them another life, how would you go about doing just that?

Just stop. Put the scissors down. ❤️
Vintage sewing patterns are becoming rarer by the year. Once you cut one up, that original is gone forever.
If you have vintage patterns you no longer want, there may be somewhere much better for them to go.
I’ve been having a little chat about what we can do with unwanted patterns, and how we can give them another life without destroying the original.
