Back to my "normal" brand😊
Two 7G Panigale V4's 🔥🔥🔥
in for : Full Check overs & Servicing

⭐️The R had a clutch clean/check/lube, new front ABS sensor, tidy up of wiring & there's a problem with the tyre calibration system that I'm looking into.
⭐️The oil level was way over maximum, but that was balanced out by the coolant being empty

⭐️The S is having a service & check over,
⭐️some tiding of wiring, rad guards & other bits & bobs.

⭐️⭐️Both bikes have track fairings/headlight removal, but the LED headlights haven't been deactivated, therefore generating a fault code, so that was sorted too💪🏽

Plus cush drive rubbers replaced under warranty on both bikes😊

Been a little quiet on my page recently,
I've been busy prepping bikes & managed to throw a little trip to Spa into the mix… be rude not too 😊

As you're probably aware, the main brand I work with is Ducati, but I do work on other brands too.

Here's a couple of lovely little CBR600's I did. Some very tasty HRC, L74 & TSR goodies added. Both bikes are enjoying Euros as we speak.😊

Full genuine Ducati race fairings, wrapped so can easily be changed or painted to suit yourself.

Comes with carbon tank cover (wrapped silver) & 2 screens.

No damage to panels, some small makes due to stillage loading & storage.

In for track preparation.

Fitted some lovely TSR rearsets, HRC exhaust,
TSR clutch lever & perch,
TSR rad guards,
TSR quick shifter & track bodywork,
L74 quick change rear wheel kit,
L74 front wheel spindle.

Bike is still "work in progress", but coming on nicely.

Panigale V4S has been in for a full check over.
The owner has had several issues with it since purchasing it, resulting in several track days being wasted.

Brief: was to "go through it & sort any issues"

The list is quite extensive, but now the bike is good to go ready for some serious track action 😊

Work carried out :
⭐️Full service,
⭐️replacement front discs, (customer went for T drives)
⭐️Front ABS delete,
⭐️Rear suspension linkage overhaul
⭐️swingarm chain slider replaced, ⭐️Jetprime "playstation" buttons fitted
⭐️sump housing resealed,
⭐️front rocker cover gasket replaced
⭐️clutch housing resealed
⭐️Jetprime keyless ignition
⭐️exhaust header heat shields replaced
⭐️rad cowling replaced
⭐️front mudguard replaced
⭐️front ABS sensor replaced
⭐️front fork overhaul kit fitted
⭐️Storm slip on header back system & mapping courtesy of Sam West at Motohub.....plus much more…..
🤩Told you list was extensive…

🛑🛑Even a nice set of Marchesini forged wheels in gold to brighten up the bike.

Even had the rear hub recall carried out.

Ducati Panigale V4 in for a "good going through" before been offered for sale.

The bike is an ex track bike that had been converted back to "road spec". However, the owner admitted that he wasn't a bike tech & the bike had a number of issues.

I serviced the bike, fitted exhaust system, reworked various wiring issues & generally restored bike back to "factory" spec.

The owner was very impressed with how good the bike looked & it sold within two days!!
