This hasn’t been a great year for clothes—not new clothes, at least. But 2020 did see the conversation around secondhand, vintage, and upcycling change in a big way, and the market is only expected to keep growing through 2021.

One of the first things you learn when you start buying and selling vintage fashion is 'all that glistens is not gold '.
In other words,just because it is vintage,doesn't mean its desirable. Desirability is a fickle thing and keeping up with what people are looking for is a constant necessity.
I often go on intuition backed up by knowledge. Trust my eye,trust my gut. Even then, it might not always work out.

Help! Photographers (both amateur &professional), how should I take shots of trousers that I want to sell? Take these quirky, 1980's does 1940's trews, they look terrible here, but in reality, they're really enticing.
