When you book with us, our team arrives fully prepared to create an amazing event. Every setup involves transporting a significant amount of heavy commercial equipment, including gazebos, event flooring, furniture, lighting, sound equipment and dรฉcor.
What many people don't see is the preparation that happens before we even leave our unit. Each booking takes several hours to prepare, including cleaning and checking equipment, loading the van, testing electrical items, creating any personalised products, and ensuring everything is ready to give you the best possible experience.
To help us deliver your setup safely and on time, it's really important that you let us know about any access restrictions when booking, including:
โข Flights of stairs
โข Long distances from where we can park to the setup location
โข Narrow pathways or alleyways
โข Steep slopes or uneven ground
โข Lift restrictions or gated access
This isn't because we're unwilling to go the extra mileโit's because we have a duty of care to our team. Some locations simply aren't safe to install, even with the use of specialist trolleys and handling equipment.
Please know that it is never in our interest to cancel a booking. By the time we arrive, we've already invested hours preparing for your event, loaded the van, created any personalised items, and travelled to your venue fully expecting to complete the setup. We only ever make the difficult decision not to proceed if, after assessing the site or access restrictions on arrival, we genuinely believe it would be unsafe for our team.
