We’re bringing together four areas of expertise under one collaborative hub — because neurodivergent people and their families shouldn’t have to navigate support alone.

📚 RT Training & Skills
Training, qualifications, practical skills and progression.

🌻 ALN-Connect
Support for under-16 neurodivergent children, parents and carers, including guidance around ALN and accessing support.

💗 Holly Vipond – Mental Health Counsellor
Mental health support, counselling and emotional wellbeing.

Together, NeuroHub connects the dots between family support, skills, confidence, employability, workplace inclusion and wellbeing.

It’s about collaboration, shared expertise and joined-up support — with each organisation bringing its own specialist knowledge to the hub.

We’re excited to announce that more spaces have become available on our Grow to Glow programme! 🌱✨

Grow to Glow is our skills, confidence and employability programme for neurodivergent adults, supporting participants to recognise their strengths, build confidence and develop practical skills for the workplace.

And we’re adding even more opportunities! 🎓

As part of the programme, we’ll be introducing new accredited courses and learning opportunities to help participants build their skills, strengthen their CVs and take positive steps towards employment.

🌟 WE’RE MOVING UPSTAIRS! 🌟

Monday 17th August marks another exciting chapter for NeuroKind Careers and Inclusion CIC. 💜

We’ve officially outgrown our space again! 🥹

In just four months, we’ve grown from a small space into a busy, welcoming community where new faces are walking through the door every week, people are joining our sessions, building confidence, making connections and finding their place.

So… we’re heading UPSTAIRS! ⬆️✨

Our new space will give us:

🏢 A much bigger training room
💻 More office space
🤝 More room for collaboration
🌱 More opportunities to grow our sessions and support
💜 A bigger, more welcoming space for our NeuroKind community

But the really exciting part is that we won’t be doing this alone.

We’re delighted to welcome ALN-Connect and RT Training & Skills into our new space, where they will have their own offices and be right here alongside us.

🌻 ALN-Connect — Run by carers, for carers — supporting children, parents and carers and providing that important under-16 support.

💜 NeuroKind Careers and Inclusion CIC — supporting 16+ neurodivergent people with employability, confidence, wellbeing, advocacy, skills and community.

🤍 RT Training & Skills — providing training, skills and opportunities to help people take their next steps and get where they want to be.

Three organisations. One shared space. One strong collaboration. 🤝

We believe there is something really powerful about having these different areas of support together under one roof.

From children, parents and carers, through to 16+ support, employability, training and skills, we can create stronger pathways and better connections for the people and families we support.

And honestly…

I’m excited. 💜

Excited for the new faces we haven’t met yet.

Excited for the people who will walk through our doors feeling unsure and leave feeling a little more confident.

Excited to work alongside ALN-Connect and RT Training & Skills.

And excited to see what we can achieve together.

We’ve outgrown our space again — and that feels like a pretty amazing problem to have. 🥹💜

🚒🔥 FIRE AWARENESS SESSION AT NEUROKIND! 🔥🚒

We’re really pleased to welcome South Wales Fire and Rescue Service to NeuroKind Careers and Inclusion CIC this Wednesday! ❤️

They’ll be joining us for a practical Fire Awareness Session, sharing important advice around:

🚨 What to do in an emergency
🏠 Reducing fire risks
🧯 Practical fire-safety tips
💡 Staying safe and being prepared
