We are looking for a new Warden Couple to join our team for the 2027 Season 🙂

Our site is open 1st April until 30th September.
A minimum of 20 hours per person are available but this will increase during busy periods.
Duties for our wardens are to include but not limited to- reception, cleaning facilities and helping in our licenced restaurant on site.
In exchange we offer a pitch on site with electricity and National Living Wage rates.

☀️ Heatwave Tip for Caravan & Motorhome Owners

With the current spell of exceptionally hot weather, many caravan & motorhome 3-way fridges can struggle to maintain a safe temperature. Here are a few tips to help yours perform at its best:

✅ Pre-chill the fridge for at least 24 hours before you travel.

✅ Ensure your caravan or motorhome is level – absorption fridges rely on being level to work efficiently.

✅ Where possible, run the fridge on gas when pitched, as many absorption fridges perform better on gas during very hot weather.

✅ Pitch up so the fridge vents are in the shade and out of direct sunlight.

✅ Keep the external vents clear to allow good airflow - in fact removing the covers can help.

✅ Minimise opening the fridge door and only load it with food and drinks that are already chilled.

A little preparation can make all the difference, helping to keep your food and drinks cold throughout your holiday.

⚠️ Heatwave Update – Temporary Hours for Thursday 25th June 2026 ⚠️

Due to the extreme heat alert and the workshop becoming a very challenging environment to work in, we’ll be operating reduced hours tomorrow: 7.00am – 3.00pm.

This allows the team to work during the cooler part of the day and maintain our usual standards.
