A Beautiful New Chapter: Telford Florist is now Annie-Maiden's Flowers
You might be wondering: “Who is Annie Maiden, and what happened to Tina?” Don’t worry, I haven’t changed my name! But I am changing the name of the business to something more personal and rooted in my family history.
The Story Behind the Name
Annie Maiden was my wonderful Nan. Between her, my Grandad, Bert, and indeed my Mum and Dad, they represent the origin of my love for all things green. Grandad was an avid grower who spent his days producing incredible vegetables and vibrant blooms. There was no fancy landscaping in his garden—just honest, beautiful plants grown in rows.
Why The Name Change?
This isn't just a new look; it’s a reflection of how the business is evolving. The name change aligns with my evolution towards:
• British-Grown Flowers: Celebrating the unmatched beauty of British-sourced blooms.
• Sustainable Floristry: Committing to eco-friendly, planet-first practices.
Shifting to Annie-Maiden's Flowers connects my heritage with my mission. Grandad grew things naturally and honestly, and I want to bring that same sustainable, down-to-earth philosophy into every arrangement I create.
