Bit early on this one but this is this years cake for my Son! Normally he has a very clear idea of what he wants but this year he didn't know...so I ran with this idea as he's really interested in gems and fossils atm. Everything is edible!
Chocolate and vanilla marble cake with choc buttercream, chocolate ganache. The rocks around the bottom are sugar coated chocolates (like smarties) and the 'amethyst' is flavoured sugar crystals.
He loved it ❤️

This was a vanilla sponge with strawberry buttercream cake in the shape of the recipients favourite cuddly! 😊 All handmade from cake and fondant
