SNOB needs another SNOBette
We’re looking for someone fabulous to join our team in Tiverton.
But before you apply, a little warning…
This is not a job where you’ll spend your day quietly folding jumpers and waiting for someone to approach the till.
At SNOB you might be:
💜 Helping a woman find an outfit that makes her feel absolutely fabulous
💜 Telling someone honestly when something just isn’t working
💜 Styling outfits and putting looks together
💜 Unpacking deliveries and getting new stock ready to sell
💜 Helping with online orders, stock and the website
💜 Appearing in the occasional Reel — a willingness to make a fool of yourself is definitely an advantage
💜 Chatting. A lot.
💜 Remembering customers, their lives, their holidays and possibly what they bought three years ago
💜 Making the shop look gorgeous
💜 Spotting a problem — and working out how to solve it
Age is no barrier.
What matters is your personality, your attitude and your ability to get stuck in.
You do need to be computer literate and comfortable learning and using different systems.
You need to be a problem solver — someone who uses their initiative, thinks on their feet and doesn’t need to be told every little thing that needs doing.
Our customers don’t want to be sold to. They want someone warm, confident and honest who understands clothes, bodies and the fact that getting dressed should still be FUN.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Confident • friendly • stylish • reliable • practical • computer literate • energetic • a problem solver
Retail experience would be lovely — but personality, common sense and initiative matter more.
And if you already love SNOB and understand that we don’t take fashion (or ourselves) too seriously, even better.
