As some of you may know I suffer with postnatal depression, sometimes every day tasks can be a struggle and I want to bury my head and hide and to put life on pause but it’s not that simple when you’ve got a little one to look after and you have to keep going for them.
On my down days it feels like there’s a big black cloud hanging over me but Remember as I remind myself... There are brighter days ahead, speak out and remember it’s okay not to be okay. No matter who you are I’m always here to talk or listen ❤️
