Decaf shouldn’t mean sacrificing the character of the coffee. Our beans are decaffeinated using a natural water process in Mexico, where pristine spring water from Pico de Orizaba helps draw out the caffeine while leaving the flavour compounds behind.

The beans are gently steamed, washed in flavour rich water and then the water is passed through activated charcoal to capture the caffeine before being cleaned and reused for the next batch.

This gives a genuinely satisfying cup of decaf. Smooth, full of character and without the caffeine. 🌿☕️
