In my opinion this is the best use of your floral budget

> it creates a perfect photo opportunity for the newly weds (and guests) entering and exiting the venue. Trust me your photographer will love you for it!

> rather than spending lots on small, subtle floral touches around your venue, invest into something impactful that creates a wow moment!

> guest experience - large scale, statement designs create an immersive experience for your guests to enjoy and admire - it also stops people and gets them talking, rather than walking straight past any decor you have spent good money on!

> 9/10 we can repurpose statement designs from your ceremony space to your reception! Something like this isn’t limited to just church entrances either, any venue can be adorned with large scale designs!

I am super excited to announce we are now a recommended supplier at Bassmead! We have been flowering here for over 5 years, with countless weddings under our belt, it feels amazing to be recognised for our work at this gorgeous venue!

Bassmead is actually the closest venue to my home, so as well as being super local, it hosts so many opportunities to create floral magic, just have a look at a handful of some of our favourite weddings here! 🤍

We recently designed an incredible entrance urn (can be seen a few slides in) and this was a real turning point for me, the feedback from the team at Bassmead was amazing and whilst standing taking photos I overheard so many lovely comments about the flowers… it’s moments like that that really push you to keep at it! 🌼

The face of May Flora Bloom… 🥀

Hey! I’m Louise! And I am the owner and florist at May Flora Bloom 🤍

Although many of you may already know me, I thought I would re-introduce my self since our re-brand and photoshoot!

I have been in business for 6 years as Flowers by Louise and I specialise in transforming spaces for weddings and events.

I felt it was time for a long awaited change! I wanted to gain a more professional and aesthetic look that aligned with my personal style and bring this into my brand vision.

Soooo I pulled together my bestie ✽ 𝒜 𝑀 𝐵 𝐸 𝑅 ✽ to design a new logo and the most amazing photographer Cambridge Wedding Photographer & Film | Liz Greenhalgh to come and capture something I had wanted to do for a very long time… this archway was essentially inspired by my garden, but also by the want to create something that felt effortlessly “grown there”. I took away the pressure and instinct to perfect and just went for it, had fun and used whatever I could get my hands on!

Many of you may see me as a flower abundant, pastel loving florist, but deep down my real love is garden inspired, immersive florals that completely transform a space and align with the vision that my clients bring me, from colour palettes to vibes, I will cover every base to ensure perfection 🤍

Introducing… May Flora Bloom 🥀

Flowers by Louise has served me so incredibly well for the last 6 years, but this is something I have wanted to do for a very long time 🤍

This name resonated with me straight away and it aligns with my business and where I want it to go entirely.

More will be revealed soon, the main thing to know is I will now be operating under my new name but don’t panic! It’s still me, Louise!

Nothing will change for any existing bookings and any new enquiries will now come through the new business email/website…
