🔙 Back When We Were Young

Our archive pictures have so far focused on our branches, but the people behind them are the real success story of our business.

Pictured here at our Balham branch in 1983 are a young Phil Webb, wearing his team’s colours, and David Shirt, both sporting winning smiles.

As we look back through the archive, we’d also like to thank everyone who has been a part of our business over the years. Their hard work, dedication and commitment have helped shape the company into what it is today. Here’s to the people who built our story - past and present. 👏

This National Tradesmen Day, we're shining a spotlight on Code Coventry, a major student accommodation development that is reaching completion this autumn after nearly 18 months on site.

Delivered in partnership with Blaby Electrical and WM Building Services, the project has seen the creation of more than 400 apartments, with electrical works spanning everything from containment and first fix through to second fix installations, panel boards, heating and ducting, to final commissioning.

As work on the project draws to a close, we'd like to thank every electrician, engineer, installer, and tradesperson involved for their hard work, expertise and dedication in bringing this development to life.

A special thank you also goes to our supplier partners, whose products and support helped make the project possible:

⛳️ Last week, we were proud to support the annual Charity Golf Day at Kingswood Golf Club, in aid of The Grace Dear Trust, a charity very close to our hearts. We are always honoured to be part of such a special event.

The day was a huge success, and every penny raised will help fund vital support and resources for young people struggling with their mental health. 💜

🌍 On World Su***de Prevention Day, we are reminded of the importance of connection, compassion, and support for those who may be struggling.

Reaching out, checking in, and listening without judgement can make a real difference.

Ask twice. Listen carefully. Show you care.

A conversation could save a life. ❤️
