Just thought I would put a post out as we have had a lot of people asking, to get any suit, or dress back for this Friday it would have to be dropped off in store for cleaning by close of business Tuesday night. This would mean it is ready for collection Friday morning.

We have had alot of people ringing and asking if we are still open for key cutting, the good news it we are open offering all services from watch batteries to dry cleaning,
Also the cold weather has arrived so I have been getting alot of people coming in with car key batteries either dead or on the way, and as for car key copying or replacing? Bring you key to the store and see if it can be done while you wait.

Hi guys, just to let everyone know that from today the store will have the following opening hours,
Please note the change of hours will only take place on the kidsgrove store and no other store will be affected.
New opening hours:

Monday to Friday 0830-1730
Saturday 0830-1800
Sunday 1000-1600

We do apologise if this change of half an hour causes any inconvenience to anyone calling after half past 5 and if you send me a message I will definitely discuss this more and see how we can accommodate

Afternoon ladies and gents just a quick reminder we are back open now monday to saturday 9am - 6pm and open sundays 10am - 4pm

Social distancing will be respected and hand sanitizer is available for customers to use

Just a quick thank you to the people have been in and spoken so far, Its good to be back and judging by the back log of watches coming in to store with flat batteries I am guessing we were missed.

Hi everyone not a nice post to put on today but I hope everyone understands. As of 5pm tomorrow timpson will be closing temporarily. We will be contacting customers who have items still waiting collection but please do not panic if you are self isolating they will be stored safe until we return.

On a personal note I just want to thank everyone who has still used us through this difficult time and we will hopefully be back as soon as possible.

Please guys stay safe and stay healthy and follow the guidelines passed on to us.
