Day 7. 4.8 miles. A morning hike through Slad Valley in the drizzle. Despite said drizzle still beautiful. I’m lucky to live here.

(Walk to work and back made up the rest. Yes, it was drizzling. Hair is insane).

Lovely to be pampered by Annie and team ’s hairdressers in Nailsworth. A well needed few hours out (Nailsworth - it’s in the best bit of The Cotswolds near Stroud) is full of boutiques and food shops and a couple of fabulous antique shops so a trip there is hardly a hardship!).
