I dont know why the construction of this jumper blew my tiny hippy noodle so much, but my brain just stopped braining, and what I thought was going to take an hour or two ended up taking most of the weekend!
Today me is very grateful to yesterday me for weaving all my tails in as I went though!

A little . Keep swiping to see the finished item.
My lovely friend brought this kit back for me from France. The designer has a studio near where she stays. I hadn’t heard of her, but after checking out her IG her style is definitely up my street!
I was a bit worried about my GCSE French but thankfully the instructions are in French and English, plus there’s a link to a YouTube tutorial. Not gonna lie, I found the zipper in a curved seam to be quite tricky, but I’m delighted with the finished pouch! She has some free patterns on her blog that I will definitely be checking out!

She’s right, other than showing other people how to do it, I haven’t hooked for years.

Ordered some yarn for a new spring knitting project. Can you spot a theme in my colours right now?
My original plan was for a feather and fan sweater but a few rows in, I wasn’t enjoying the pattern and I couldn’t see me wearing it. Only thing to do… pivot! I’m now planning a crocheted sweater but I’ll definitely need more yarn. I think a few more colours too.
