So excited to have Pauline from Shine Empowerment Therapies and Work Shops joining us at our last Sparkle & Shine as she takes you through some mindfulness and drum journey.

Being mindful is a really powerful tool and very overlooked in this busy day and age. It can aid our wellbeing as it helps us to find a sense of inner peace through a natural relaxation process and becoming aware of what we hold onto, how we create stress for ourselves and how to let go and flow.

Using 15 minute meditations you can come and drop in for a taste of this powerful self- help tool and you won't regret it 🙂

As for Drums they have been used in sound medicine for a very long time and is a traditional tool of the Shaman.

Using sound combined with Reiki brings a new element into the treatment.
It works to shift and transmute stuck energy and is very powerful often helping the client to transform.

Drumming is a form of sound healing and there are many studies that suggest the vibration of sound works to heal on a cellular level.

The Reiki powers up the drumming and can have beneficial effects for the individual.

Drumming can also be used for Journeying and soul retrieval 1:1 or in small groups. This is done in a safe and controlled way that allows the client to explore deeper and gain better understanding of the self.

It can work to lower blood pressure and increase focus and presence. Some have found it helpful in cases of Autism and Dementia. Many have found it useful in clearing deep seated issues form the past.
