POKÉMON 30TH CELEBRATION BALLOT

We’ve been waiting to hear from our distributor and have our allocation confirmed before launching the ballot. Due to stock arriving with them later than expected, our stock will be available for collection from 21/09/26.

Supporting those who support us:

Customers who made 2 or more purchases of £10+ between new set drops were given their own early ballot and first choice of products as a little thank you for continuing to support the store.

Because of this, the 30th ETBs and Sylveon ex Boxes have now gone.

The following will be available in the main ballot:

Binder Collection – £34.99
Poster Collection – £21.99
Greninja ex Tin – £21.99

The ballot will go live TODAY at around 12pm and closes 20/09/26 at 12pm.

HOW IT WORKS:
• Maximum 1 item per customer
• You can enter for all 3 products, but if successful, you'll only win ONE, giving as many people as possible a chance
• Winners will receive an invoice by email
• Collection winners can pay in person
• Postal orders must be paid within 24 hours
• If unsuccessful, your order will be cancelled
• As always, we'll share the odds of winning on our stories

CARD CON IV — WHAT A WEEKEND!

What can we even say… Card Con IV was absolutely incredible!

A massive thank you to everyone who stopped by over the weekend. It was brilliant seeing so many familiar faces again, as well as meeting loads of new ones!

There were trades flying around, deals being done, collections changing hands, and sets getting that little bit closer to completion or completed. Think about 6 base sets where done!

But as much as we love the cards, the best part of these weekends is always the people.

The conversations, the stories, the laughs, and, most importantly, the non-stop banter from start to finish. 😂

Whether you bought something, sold us something, traded with us, came over hunting for that last card for your set, or literally just stopped for a chat — thank you.

Huge shout out to Dan for helping me all weekend, and just the non-stop laughing was amazing! Thank you to Emily for creating this video for me (I am definitely due to get back to the gym 🤣) also Rich for putting together a great evening on Saturday.

Events like Card Con are a massive reminder of why we love being part of this hobby and community.

We came home with less stock, no voice, and absolutely no energy left… so we'll call that a successful weekend. 😂

Huge thanks to everyone involved in putting Card Con IV together and to every single person who made the weekend what it was.

First of all, thank you for all the nice messages about us running this service. We really appreciate them all!

If you are interested, please fill out the form below. Details will all be on there. Once this is done, we will contact you to go over everything to make sure you are happy with everyone you have filled out.

We are aiming to send at the start of October. This will allow us to also take in any cards at Card Con IV. Of course, if the tiers close, this won't be able to happen, but ACE has said these will be the last tiers to close.

IMPORTANT WATERLOOVILLE TCG UPDATE

Waterlooville TCG will be temporarily closed to new orders for the next two weeks while we complete our VAT registration, apply for the appropriate VAT scheme, and update our stock and accounting systems.

Becoming VAT registered is a massive milestone for us and shows just how far the business has come!

WILL PRICES CHANGE?-
Our aim is for customers to see little to no difference in the prices they pay. We’ll continue doing everything we can to remain competitive and offer great value.

BUYING & TRADING-
When selling or trading cards to us, we’ll now need to record some additional information, including your name, the items involved, and the agreed value. We’ll introduce a simple form to make this quick and easy.

DELIVERY CHANGES-
Our £1 local delivery service will be discontinued. When we reopen, orders will be available via collection or postage.

ALREADY AGREED A DEAL WITH US?-
Don’t worry! Anything we have already agreed to buy, sell, or trade will still be honoured during the closure.We simply won’t be accepting new orders or new buying/trading deals until we reopen.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR THE FUTURE?-
VAT registration gives us the foundations to continue growing, work with more suppliers, and potentially gain access to additional distributors and products.

We’ll also use the next two weeks to get our existing stock fully entered into our new system and make sure everything is ready for the next stage of Waterlooville TCG.

Thank you to everyone who continues to buy, sell, trade, and support us. We genuinely wouldn’t be reaching milestones like this without you.

We’ll announce our reopening date as soon as everything is ready!
