Well we did put a good spread on 😋

Our Thursday sewing gang did a bring a dish Christmas spread and it was amazing ✨️✨️✨️✨️

Equally matching how amazing all these lovely bods are. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Motivation and inspiration has struck 🤸‍♀️💡🤸‍♀️💡🤸‍♀️

Had a couple of days off from work this week and as well as painting the shower room 🎨🚿
I decided to have a go at some sewing🪡🧵 cut ✂️out a sagebrush top. And sewn most of it tonight 🌛
Omitted the bias neck tie and did a self facing back and front.
Lengthened the sleeves and going to finish them with a band rather than elastic.
Let's see if I can get it finished this week. And it not end up in the UFO pile ☺️

Back home and taking stock of the last three days.

Sew-Ca-Tion times are always filled with fun, inspiration, chats, slashing 'n' speading, pinching 'n' tucking and sew much more.

Massive thanks to the wonderful ladies who attended and made these last 3 days possible. 🥰

After each Sewcation I really do count my blessings.🙏

Being able to be part of such a special environment is a total pinch punch moment; but getting to be the wing woman to the most incredible guru of the sewing world and alround beautiful human well that's on another level.

Tried, achy, and not a flippin clue what day it is,🤪 I will drift off with a smile tonight for sure 💗💗💗💗💗💗

An unfinished .
All the seams are Hong Kong finished .. I'm not sure I have any black bias 😟 will sort tomorrow .
1st step recut back ( originally, I made a rookie and cut the lining pattern piece). Oops 😬
2nd, then unpick the fronts ✂️
Not streasing .. It's been like this for 2 years, so another couple weeks 🤣🤣
