Winner for the worst Saphirs to date!

Yet another set of clippers that have been previously serviced by the same high street pet shop in house servicing team, this time there had been so much grease put in them it had killed the motor.

Honestly feel sorry for the amount of people I’m receiving clippers from at the moment (multiple every week)

I try and remain one of the cheapest servicing providers and still ONLY use genuine service parts and grease, but it doesn’t stop me feeling bad having to take money from these poor people!

This set have been saved by a very thorough clean, new motor and a proper service using the correct grease!

Total cost to the customer: £72 plus return postage

More servicing today!

This set of Saphirs were in great condition, but let down by once again the incorrect grease being used at the last service, and they’d even left a piece of blue roll behind! This was then stuck in the gear and grease 🤦‍♂️

All now cleaned and rebuilt using the correct genuine service parts and ready to go back in the post tomorrow. These only arrived today and are done within 9 hours of the postman delivering them 🙂

Cost to the customer: £32 plus return postage.

Another day, another service!

Andis Pulse ZR2 that had been dropped and no longer cut

Diagnosed as a snapped latch and a broken blade drive!

Full strip down, clean, service, new genuine blade drive and latch fitted.

Working perfectly again now and will be back in the post tomorrow!
