Hello ✨

It’s been a little while since I’ve shared much about me, so I thought it was time for a little reintroduction.

Three years ago, I quite literally woke up one morning and decided I was going to become a florist. Since then, Immy Héloïse Floral Design has grown more than I ever imagined.

The last six months have been our busiest yet. We’re more booked than ever before, our briefs continue to become more creative, and 2027 is already shaping up to be our most exciting year yet with beautiful destination weddings, bucket-list venues, and some incredibly special couples.

When I first started, all I wanted was to create colourful, unexpected florals. Whilst I still love contemporary design and flowers that make people stop in their tracks, I’ve realised that what matters most to me is creating designs that still feel romantic. I have absolutely loved really expressing this fact in our 2027 design work.

No matter how modern or artistic our work becomes, I always want there to be a softness running through it. Something gentle. Something that reminds you that, above everything else, this is a celebration of love. It’s something I now hold so close to my heart when couples enquire with us.

To all of our 2026 couples, thank you for trusting us with such an important part of your day. It is a privilege every single time, and you’ve helped shape this business into what it is today.

And to everyone we’ll be designing for in 2027, thank you for allowing us to keep evolving, creating, and discovering exactly where Immy Héloïse Floral Design belongs within the world of wedding design.

I feel incredibly lucky to do what I do, and even luckier that (if you’re still reading this) you’re someone who wants to follow along.

WHAT. A. WEDDING.

The Karls didn’t just want flowers. They wanted sculpture. They wanted art.

They wanted every room to tell a story without saying a single word- an immersive expression of who they are and the love they share.

They needed to be bold. Joyful. Unexpected. Celebratory. They needed to feel as vibrant, unapologetic and full of life as the couple themselves.

Over the course of the day, my incredible team and I transformed the venue into something closer to an art gallery than a traditional wedding. Explosions of colour. Strange silhouettes. Hanging installations guests walked beneath. Six-foot floral sculptures built from over 15,000 individual flower heads. Monumental hydrangea structures filling every corner.

There was nothing subtle about this wedding- and that was exactly the point.

More than anything, I feel incredibly honoured to have created for a couple who value creativity so deeply. Being trusted to translate someone’s personality into flowers is one of the greatest privileges of this job.

To The Karls, thank you for dreaming so fearlessly and trusting us to bring it to life.

And to my wonderful team… thank you. This simply wouldn’t have been possible without your talent, determination and endless hard work. I couldn’t have asked for better people beside me.
