I lost, but I’m so proud of what me and my friends / fellow boxers have achieved over the last year and the intense 8 weeks training. Thank you to everyone that came to support me. I cried 4 times and was sick but lasted the full 3 rounds on my feet. So did Steph and Rochelle Louise…. There were some clean knock outs from the men who put on a great show 🥊 Thank you again Fight back mental health 🥊

Date for your diaries!!

Monday 12th August

We are hosting a boxing event at Weymouth ABC in association with Fight back mental health. It will consist of 100 rounds of boxing in aid of my son Jack’s Orangutan Expedition to Borneo.

It will be punch bag and pad work with coaches to help, no sparing so you won’t be hit! It will just be 2mins of your time doing some exercise.

It will be 5 hours in total!! But you can stay for to 2mins or 5 hours, how every long you want… you never know you might enjoy it!

Rounds will be 2 minutes long with 1 minute rest in between.

Start 9am and then finish 2pm.

Minimum of £1 entry to join the challenge
More the merrier!! Children welcome to join in.
