THERE’S A LITTLE MISCONCEPTION ABOUT INDEPENDENT SHOPS… 👀

That we’re a bit… OTT.

That we’ll pounce on you the second you walk through the door.

Follow you around while you’re just trying to have a look.

Ask “So, what are we thinking?” before you’ve even had time to take your coat off. 😂

Or that because we’re independent, we must automatically be more expensive.

We get it.

And honestly? That’s just not us.

We know that sometimes you want the full one-to-one experience. someone to take you through everything, answer every question and help you narrow it all down. And we LOVE that. 🤍

BUT maybe you want to wander first. Take it all in. Try a few things. Work out what you like (and what you definitely don’t!) That’s completely fine too. Haunting customers is not our style!!

We’ll give you the space to figure it out, and when you need us, we’ll be right there.

Because yes, you can research prams online in your pyjamas (we fully support this, by the way).

But you can also come in, push them around, try them in your boot, ask us the questions Google can’t answer, compare them side by side and have an actual human help you make sense of it all.

Just good old-fashioned, genuinely helpful, customer service.
