Definitely YES! So why not swap it for our delicious and local single estate Rapeseed Oil!
We called it β The Weekender Smoothie β π₯€
Some vitamins are fat soluble and introducing few drops of our oil will not only improve a texture of your smoothie (oh yes itβs creamy and smooth!) but also help your body to absorb all of the vitamins water and fat soluble.
Rapeseed oil is rich in Vitamin E (which is fat soluble) which not only will help your skin to be radiant, nails to be healthy but could also prevent cardiovascular diseases. It helps with inflammation and studies found that it can significantly reduce risk of dementia.
Try this quick rich h**p smoothie recipe if you are constantly on a go (like us!):
One banana
Oat & H**p Milk ( is perfect)
Filtered water
Shelled h**p (we love )

In terms of water and milk quantities, choose what suits you best. If your goal is to feel fuller for longer then opt for 70/30 mix of milk and water. If you prefer to keep it lighter choose more water then milk! We went half half and ended up with 400ml mixture.
Throw banana, about three table spoons of shelled h**p seeds (or less), oat and h**p milk and let it sit for couple of minutes. It brings milk to slightly better temperature if using staring out of the fridge.
Add two teaspoons of daily greens. It has a great flavour (it actually does taste great even with water!) and supplies your body with all of the greens, minerals and probiotics you need!
Now our favourite part! Dash of Golden Duck rapeseed oil and top it up with filtered water.
Dress with celery stick. It looks good and its peppery flavour complements nuttiness of your smoothie!
