It’s certainly been all go this past week with orders completed for Lewis and Harris Riding Club, Achalone Activities, KWK9 Rescue, Bower Show and an event held on Skye every 5 years in celebration of Skye Terriers. When the lady came to pick up the Skye rosettes she was absolutely over the moon with them 😁 I’ve got one final top up order to make yet for Thrumster Game & Countryside Fair after my supplier had a wee mix up with the motif for the centre boards 🙃replacements should be here on Wednesday though 🤞🏻 thank you for keeping me so busy doing something I enjoy so much 😊

Yay 🎉 I’m back in action, thank goodness for Screwfix 😁 it was a bit of a problem when my trusty glue gun started leaking at 4:30 yesterday afternoon, I had my previous one on the shelf, unfortunately it was leaking worse 😳 I had one still in the box in the cupboard but it’s a different one and I couldn’t get to grips with it at all, so I had to down tools until I got a replacement this morning 🙃 now to get cracking with orders for Lewis and Harris Riding Club and KWK9 Rescue😊

After having most of last week off I’m back in production once again 😊 after cutting ribbon and working out which supplies were needed and placing the order yesterday, a top up order for Achalone Activities was delivered today courtesy of my hugely supportive husband Andrew while I continued with preparations for this order for Caithness Riding Club. I’ll be getting back to the prep work and making tomorrow for the next two orders 😁 xx

Well I had a busy few days again with a delivery of supplies on Wednesday and another on Friday 😊 yesterday was a day for checking and packing orders for Viewmount, Achalone Activities and Thrumster Game & Countryside Fair, all their rosettes are made now and it’s just sashes to be sewn together for the Game Fair. Thank again for keeping me so busy doing what I enjoy 😊 xx

That’s me all caught up on prep work for current orders, now I’m just waiting for personalised centre boards, printed tails, unsewn sash ribbon and flat ribbon for Thrumster Game & Countryside Fair for the first delivery and personalised centre boards and pleated ribbon for a top up order for Viewmount Equestrian 😊 these are my closest and farthest regular customers 😁 thanks for keeping me so busy 😊 xx

My sewing machine has certainly been put to great use over the past couple of days after having to make 4 replacement sashes as I had made a wee mistake by sewing the wrong pieces of ribbon together 😳🤦🏼‍♀️ luckily the customer noticed the mistake and got in touch with me first thing on Monday morning, then after first class service from both my supplier TRS Ribbons and Royal Mail they replacements have been made and have already been collected 😊 I then made some star points for Thrumster Game and Countryside Fair championship rosettes, these colours are different and really suit the countryside theme, I’m now popping stickers on rosette backs to try to stay a step ahead 😉 I’m delighted to be kept so busy doing what I enjoy 😁 xx

That’s me all caught up with orders, I enjoyed making the latest order for the September Mountain and Moorland Show, it’s amazing how the look of tartan ribbon changes when paired with solid coloured satin 😊 I set myself a bit of a challenge to make everything in just three days, (it helps me to focus) I achieved that no problem at all 😁 xx

It’s been all go here, I started making Caithness Branch of the Pony Club rosettes on Friday and finished them last night, not bad going for 420 rosettes and 3 judges badges, each one was quality checked and then packed today 😊 tomorrow I’ll be cracking on with an order for a mountain and moorland show which is being held in September, thank you for keeping me so busy, I really enjoy making them 😁 xx
