🔽BLACK RABBIT🔽

▪️ Me & my brother have been following the Black Rabbit for a few weeks now, so we thought it was about time we headed down for a proper brotherly bonding session over some mega food!

▪️ We headed over to Croston and arrived just after 12. First impressions… WOW! The place looks absolutely incredible. I actually worked here many moons ago, and although it was always busy, the place had become pretty run down. So fair play to the guys, they’ve completely transformed it into a modern, unique venue.

▪️ We loved seeing the open kitchen and having a little chat with the chefs, one of whom has even had the pleasure of eating a few Baldy’s! We were properly looked after from start to finish, and every dish was just as tasty as the last. If I had to pick a favourite though, the sushi was unreal!

▪️ One of the owners also asked if we fancied having a look at the rooms upstairs… Every room has been finished to an incredibly high standard, with everything carefully hand picked. Honestly, I’d 100% take the wife here for a little stopover. A proper touch of luxury right on our doorstep!

▪️ The ice cream hut in the car park is another great little touch too, perfect for grabbing something sweet on the way out!

▪️ Make sure you give the guys a follow and get yourselves down there for some mega scran! You won’t be disappointed.

▪️After hearing some brilliant reviews about this place & my mate Grant from Copper Vines highly recommending them, I had to head down and see what all the fuss was about!

▪️One thing that really sets this place apart is that everything is completely gluten free!

▪️Anne and the whole team were absolutely lovely, genuine, friendly people who clearly care about what they’re producing. It’s not often you come across somewhere that’s 100% gluten free, and they’re absolutely smashing it!

▪️I tried a selection of their products and honestly, they were fantastic! Who knows… maybe you’ll even see some of their stuff making an appearance up at Baldy’s in the future!

▪️They’ve only been open for around 9 months and they’ve already hit the ground running, so make sure you give them a like, follow them and check out what they’re doing!

▪️These guys have been knocking around the pie scene for a good while & there is a reason for that… They are MEGA!

▪️Due to the last couple of weeks being a little quieter I’ve only ordered a limited amount of these pies which I’ll be serving as full meals.

▪️The Great North Pie Company is a truly special artisan pie maker & I’m really excited to be featuring them up at the shop!

▪️They are a multi award winning pie company & most impressively, a previous Supreme Champion at the British Pie Awards, meaning they’ve been recognised as the best of the best.

▪️These guys produce outstanding products & you really are in for a treat!
