A few weeks behind the scenes at Wimbledon. 🌿
Over the past few weeks, our team has been looking after the flowers and planting throughout IMG House and the IMG Suite during The Championships at Wimbledon.
It’s the sort of work that most people never notice, but that’s exactly how it should be.
Long before the first guests arrive, plants are delivered, displays are installed and every arrangement is carefully placed. Throughout the fortnight, everything is checked, refreshed and cared for each day before, finally, it all comes down again once the tournament is over.
From carrying towering arrangements through Wimbledon Village to transporting hundreds of plants across the grounds, it’s been a real team effort, and one we’re incredibly proud of.
While many people know us for flowers for home and weddings, projects like these are another side of what we do. We love working with businesses, hospitality venues and event organisers to create spaces that feel calm, welcoming and beautifully cared for.
It’s been a busy few weeks with projects across Wimbledon throughout The Championships, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
A special thank you to Lucy, who led the project from start to finish, and to Iyata for bringing every display to life with such care and consistency. It’s been a privilege to play a part in delivering it all.
