👑 We’re planning special events in Windsor for our local community to celebrate the Coronation.

📽 We’ve arranged for big screens on part of the Long Walk for the local community to watch the Coronation ceremony on Saturday 6 May. Access to this event area is not ticketed but is subject to limited capacity.

🥪🥗🥂 On Sunday 7 May, residents are welcome to bring picnics to enjoy on the Long Walk as part of the Coronation Big Lunch from midday until 6pm. A small stage will showcase performances for the Windsor Community Coronation Showcase, organised by the Windsor Platinum Jubilee Event Team.

🚆 Windsor is expected to be busy over the Coronation weekend so, if you’re planning on travelling into Windsor, please use public transport if possible.

Windsor was in the news again this morning as today is the first day that Windsor Castle is open to the public again following the death of the Queen. Tickets are sold by time slot and you need to get them online.

Please support our Windsor Platinum Jubilee plans for a special fountain to be created and installed up on Castle Hill. It will be a fantastic legacy of the Jubilee year.
