It's Witney Pride Eve!

Who's coming tomorrow?
Fabulous artists on stage, lovely local businesses, great food and drinks. Need I say more??

🛎 Just one more day until this year's Witney Pride Parade & Festival Day on Saturday 25th May.

🛎 Meet outside Cineworld, Marriotts Walk Shopping Centre from 11.30am to be part of the Parade. Be entertained by VoiceBox Choir Witney while you wait

🛎 The Parade will start at 12 noon led by Sol Samba drumming band and we also have the Rainbow Fire Appliance and Stagecoach Pride Bus taking part
🛎 On The Leys Mayor Owen Collins will open the event at 12.45pm
🛎 Performers on stage from 1-7pm
🛎 Over 40 stalls, with information, market place, food and drink on The Leys
🛎 Relax in the new Chill out tent sponsored by CETA Software

Are your children excited?
Do they have a reading / story writing challenge at school? Will they dress up?

My eldest, Lola entered a story writing competition and came second. 😊
Mila, in Reception can't wait to sparkle as a princess on WBD (currently trying to decide between outfits. I should just calculate with wardrobe changes 😅).

I'm running events for a wonderful local primary this week, where the classes are competing in a sponsored reading challenge, and they'll visit the book fair today and tomorrow.

This tangible excitement in the school is more heartwarming than Christmas! A book lover's dream. 🤍📚
