This feminine top is a joy to make and wear. Quick to run up in an afternoon. Make in lightweight cotton or viscose challis fabric. Great for holidays.

Getting ready to cycle down to a very windy Worthing beach. Dug out this rather ancient Sewgirl Cecily dress in African print cotton fabric. Think it was the first one I ever made. And it still fits me! (relief). Reminds me of how marvellous this pattern is. Such a comfortable dress- great for everyday. Boat neck, darted bodice. Long/short sleeve, optional belt, calf length, deep pleats and side pockets. Happy days!
