Nissan Patrol M57N TwinTurbo 6HP28X 🔥
A very long project has come to an end and back to Jordan for some abuse 😎👌
M57N twin turbo 272hp engine coupled up to 6hp28x automatic gearbox, the engine was stripped and refreshed with new gaskets, seals etc, it had head gasket and timing chain done also in the process, new turbos, harder valve springs, new injectors.
Intake starting from the 4” IOD snorkel into IOD 4” airbox and 3.5” intake to turbo, full stainless steel tig welded exhaust with v bands, custom boost pipes and front mount intercooler, retaining the original aircon radiator.
Body and chassis were sand blasted, all rust repairs and reinforcements done, IOD rear spring tower crossmember, epoxy paint 2k, black 1k paint and waxoil, engine bay colour code painted, new body mounts.
Axles were sand blasted and painted, rebuilt with oem parts, front air locker and rear air locker actuator along with new callipers and partly new brake discs and pads due to upgrade in the future.
Suspension running 4” OME BP51 shocks with OME springs, IOD drop boxes, IOD adjustable arms and panhards, extended bump stops, extended drop links, all new bushes throughout.
New fuel system setup running better than we expected and will be a standard from now on, IOD fuel tank 110l, new fuel sender with mods to accept a 450lph in tank fuel pump which is silent making the drive more pleasant, an6 fuel lines with an6 inline fuel filter.
The list goes on and on, what a machine this has come out to be, pushing out 800nm but with the pleasure of a automatic box with flappy paddles, aircon, gear display integrated in the dashboard and cruise control to follow. 👌
