Wedding Bookings- Frequently Asked Questions:
I do get asked questions from different customers regarding wedding flowers so I thought of making a post about these questions and hopefully others will find it helpful as well.
How much notice do I have to give you?
Preferably as soon as you decide you would like me to do your flowers. It's so I'll know what I have booked that month that I'll start working on your flowers. Of course I don't want to rush anyone in making their decision but I don't like letting people down if it's left too late.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, it depends on how many arrangements you're after but normally it will be an £80 non-refundable deposit.
When do you start working on my flowers?
It will be two months before your day. I will get in touch with you regarding the last payment and once that's done, I'll start working on your flowers.
When will everything be ready?
I'll try my best to finish everything a month before. You can come and collect them from Borras or I can post everything for you (there will be an extra fee for postage). I do recommend to come and collect everything if you live local. It's so there will be no damage, you can check everything in person as well and make sure you're happy with your purchase.
