I love button tins, the smell the sounds as you rummage. The weird finds that found their way there. I’m sure many of us remember scurrying through, looking for treasures?

Memories in a beaten old toffee or Christmas chocolate tin, all tied together by the humble Button.

It’s way too chilly in the pottery shed. So I’m in my warm space organising 🫣 buttons into glaze piles. I’m not a natural organiser. I would normally just be in the shed and glaze with whatever takes my fancy on any given day eeeeeek!! I figured I need to rein that in just a little 🤷‍♀️.
So these are my little organised colour piles I do wonder if when it comes to it I’ll say Sod this and just glaze at will!

Morning. I’ve had a few messages checking in lately. So thought I would bring my lovely Insta friends up to speed with why things are so quiet from my end. My young person has recently being diagnosed with a rare allergy to the Cold causing Anaphylaxis. She has unfortunately over the last few weeks experienced lots of shocks all resulting in hospital stays. Life has become very interesting and very busy. I’m still here MatildaBelle is very much still open for business. I can’t tell you how much I’m missing creating new Buttons especially but for now my little Boo (not so little anymore as she’s taller than me) is the focus of my attention. Thank you for the messages asking if all is well. Merry Christmas and wishes from us to you. 🎄🥰
