We had another visit this week to the bookshop-to-be and returned with a handful of pictures of various beautiful details.

Pictured are: a rather grand shot showing the full breadth of the exterior; the view of the Minster from the roof; the main staircase; view of the Minster from what we are prematurely calling “The Fiction Room”; detailing in said Fiction Room and an external picture.

In autumn 2025, we will be opening a massive new bookshop in central York opposite the York Minster - the biggest independent bookshop in the UK!

Our soon-to-be home is the gorgeous 1A Museum/Blake Street which has multiple floors and a fantastic view of the Minster.
