Hurray—it’s Friday, and we’re ready to welcome you to Rebooked!

Join us this afternoon for Read & Relax Fridays at Rebooked. From 4:00–6:00 pm, the shop becomes a quiet, cosy space for kids to slow down, explore stories, and ease into the weekend.

Children can browse freely, settle into a favourite book, or discover something new at their own pace. We’ll also have a small home-baked treat waiting (FREE and while they last). 🍪🍪

No registration, no pressure—just a gentle, unhurried reading time. 📚📖

Parents are welcome to stay, browse the shelves, or simply enjoy a quiet moment alongside your child.

Happy birthday to our founder, Bailey! 🎉📚

In 2019, at just 14 years old, Bailey Cherry started Rebooked with a simple, powerful idea: give pre-loved children’s books a second life, and make reading more accessible for families across Hong Kong.

Today, that small initiative has grown into an award-winning secondhand bookstore for kids—one that has helped thousands of stories find new homes and inspired countless young readers to fall in love with books.

This 2020 SCMP article by Ritu Hemnani we’re sharing today highlights “the value of giving back,” and we couldn’t think of a better example than Bailey. Her heart for service, sustainability, and community has turned Rebooked into more than a bookstore…it’s a place where families share, where children discover, and where giving back becomes a way of life.

Bailey, thank you for dreaming big, starting young, and showing all of us how one person’s idea can ripple out to bless an entire city. 💛
