花菇炆豬軟骨 🌸
簡易煮《賀年篇》
1) 將冬菇浸泡洗淨，豬軟骨飛水
2) 薑、蒜起鑊，爆炒冬菇，加入蠔油、豉油、糖、酒等調味，再加入豬軟骨兜匀
3) 加水，放蓋，炆淋
4) 上碟，蔬菜放底再放豬軟骨和冬菇
