🖤 The actual commission price depends on the level of complexity.

🖤 Handcrafted products are bound to have imperfections,
such as small scratches or dust.

🖤 Shipping fee is not included in the price list which will be calculated
when you place your order on our website.

🖤 Our studio is located in Hong Kong.
Therefore, all our work will be shipped from Hong Kong by EMS.
(DHL or FedEx are also available but customers are responsible for
the high shipping fees.)

🖤 Please make sure you like our doll artist’s painting style.
We do not accept any request to copy other doll artist’s work.
Pictures you send to us are only for reference.

🖤 We will send you a digital sketch to confirm the basic outline
before we face up. When the custom head is finished, you may still
request to add on details or darken the colors. However, any request
removing or big changing will not be accepted.

🖤 The finished product is not exactly the same as the digital sketch.

🖤 Face Up Process Time :

Finish date mainly depends on the queue of commission.
