Here are some information on the origins of the coffee beans of my choice:
A major coffee-producing zone in southern Ethiopia. It was once part of the Sidamo region but is now recognized as its own distinct zone due to its unique cup profile.
Known for more fruit-forward and wine-like flavors compared to Yirgacheffe. Common notes include stone fruit (peach, nectarine), berries, complex spices, and a silky body. Natural (dry-processed) coffees from Guji are particularly famous for their intense berry and fermented fruit notes.
Home to famous micro-regions/washing stations like Hambela, Uraga, and Shakiso.

The name of a specific coffee mill and exporter ("Cooperativa de Caficultores de Dota R.L." - COOPEDOTA) located in the Tarrazรบ region of Costa Rica. It's also used to refer to coffees from that specific area.
Known for the classic, high-quality Tarrazรบ profile: Exceptional cleanliness, bright and crisp acidity, full body, and flavors of citrus, honey, and brown sugar. They are meticulously processed.

A traditional coffee-growing region in the state of Sรฃo Paulo, Brazil.
Represents the classic, beloved "Brazilian cup": Low acidity, heavy body, sweet, and nutty/chocolatey. Common notes include milk chocolate, hazelnut, peanut brittle, and caramel. They are often used as a superb base for espresso blends.
The region's name comes from the old railway company ("Mogyana") that transported coffee from the interior to the port.
