到戶外或露營沖啡，除了想減少要帶的工具，也想更簡單地沖煮出一杯好喝的咖啡。這次適逢露營，就帶著泰摩近來新出的 1 2 3 Go 一試。
1 2 3 Go 由一個電磨，濾杯，和下壺組成，先磨粉到濾網，放上注水輔助器，按照上面的容量刻度注水至適量的刻度就完成。
在大部份的情況下，1 2 3 GO 其實也算是十分方便的產品，流程簡單，基本上不用磅，如使用輔助器的話亦不需要太顧慮注水的穩定性，而不用濾紙的設計亦令咖啡保留更多油脂，令整體口感更厚身。
不過反過來說，如果在野營不太適合經常用水清洗，或想沖煮較乾淨的口感，如果有機會推出一個能搭配濾紙使用的濾杯就更合適了。而機身雖有外盒附送，但體積稍大。不過機身用上塑膠作為外殼，如果不怕刮花的話也是可以不帶的。
近來天氣太熱也就少了出走，但現時作為家裡的電磨，也是不錯的。
I recently gave Timemore's latest grinder-brewer hybrid, 1 2 3 GO, a try in the outdoors.
There are 4 components - A electric grinder, a mesh dripper, a cup, and a drip assistant (With marks of 100ml and 200ml), all in a carrying case that comes along with the purchase.
It's kinda convenient, you save time from grinding, and you don't need a scale or a quality kettle since the drip assistant helps you distribute the flow at your ideal input. With the mesh filter you don't even need a filter paper.
These come with a cost though - It's hard to clean if you are wild camping and don't have sewage access; the chunky case or the large grinder case might make packing for outdoors some hassle; and the drip assistant might not distribute water the way you want it. But then you might need a better scale or kettle to get the job done.
But if you are home, it still works great whether you need a brewing system that's convenient, or you just need a handy electric grinder for your V60 coffee.
